Requests for permission to reprint any material in whole or
in part should always be submitted in writing to Permissions, A. Ruth

821-7762. Please call before sending the fax. (Email permission requests to
artist@annieruth.com Please be very
specific about what you are requesting to use the material for. The use of the
material determines the cost involved or the possible waiver of fees for use of
Annie Ruth's work.)
Please send a copy of your request; Always include a
copy of the material you propose to reproduce and provide full information
about where A. Ruth Creations material will be used. Two original permissions
letter will be sent to you to sign. Keep one for your records and return the
other to A. Ruth Creations. (This process takes 1 - 2 weeks to complete. Please
allow ample time when submitting your requests).
A. Ruth Creations
grants permission for one time use only and amends requests for "blanket
permission" to reproduce material. Please provide full contact information,
including phone number, fax number, or e-mail.
When you receive your
permission from A. Ruth Creations, an invoice for royalty payment may also be
included. (The cost will depend upon why and what you are using the material
for). In some cases the fees may be waived.
